1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, and features made available through the betorder platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, golf, and other sports), casino games (live dealer, slots, RNG games), crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers. These terms apply regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access betorder.

betorder operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving adult players across Bangladesh, including those located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. By accessing and using this platform, you represent that you are doing so voluntarily and that you accept full personal responsibility for your use of the platform and all wagering activity conducted under your account.

betorder reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified in advance via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative version. Any translation provided is for informational convenience only and carries no legal weight.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of any other clause.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with betorder's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and betorder with respect to the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a betorder account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any commercial entity or in any professional gambling capacity that is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where the enforcement of such prohibition would render your use of betorder unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, consultant, or close family member of a betorder employee who has access to non-public platform information that could provide an unfair advantage in betting markets.
• You do not already hold an active betorder account. Only one registered account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from betorder or had your account closed by betorder for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

betorder reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. Age verification may be conducted through third-party identity verification services. All verification data is handled in accordance with betorder's Privacy Policy.

2.1 Responsibility for Underage Access

If you are an adult sharing a device with minors, it is your responsibility to ensure that minors cannot access the betorder platform through your device or account. betorder accepts no liability for underage access resulting from a failure on the part of an adult account holder to secure their device or login credentials. We strongly recommend using device-level parental controls and never sharing your betorder Login credentials with any other person.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one betorder account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

betorder operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with industry best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and residential address:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter as proof of address (not older than three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, or bank account held in your name)

KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request exceeding a specified threshold, and may be triggered for deposits, bonus claims, or in response to unusual account activity. betorder's compliance team will notify you if verification is required. Accounts under active KYC review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.2 Login Credentials & Account Security

Your betorder Login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorised by you or not, if that activity results from a failure on your part to keep your credentials secure. betorder will never contact you to ask for your password or OTP codes. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately via live chat or email at support@betorder.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one betorder account is strictly prohibited. This prohibition applies to individuals operating multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers. If multiple accounts are detected, betorder reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed from those accounts, and permanently withhold any bonus funds or winnings derived from multi-account activity.

3.4 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If your contact details, residential address, or payment method information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. betorder cannot be held responsible for failed communications, missed notifications, or payment processing issues arising from outdated account information.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

betorder processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform supports a range of locally relevant payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; refer to the payment section of your account dashboard for the current list.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your betorder wallet promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. betorder does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond betorder's control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; these limits are displayed in the deposit section of the platform at the time of each transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are held in a betorder player wallet and are available for betting and gaming immediately upon confirmation.
• betorder reserves the right to request verification of a deposit method before processing a withdrawal to that same method.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before withdrawals above the applicable threshold will be processed.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must comply with the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• betorder aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests.
• betorder reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing large withdrawal requests. This is for the protection of the account holder and is not intended as a mechanism to delay legitimate payouts.

4.3 Currency & Exchange Rates

All player balances, bets, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). betorder does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or mobile financial service provider in connection with your betorder transactions are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

betorder has zero tolerance for fraudulent payment activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, unauthorised chargebacks, and abuse of payment processing systems. Any account found to have used fraudulent payment methods will be permanently closed. betorder will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, and payment providers in investigating and reporting fraudulent activity.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on betorder, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. betorder does not guarantee any return on wagered funds.

5.1 Sports Betting

Bets placed on betorder are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and exercised before the relevant event concludes. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a system error or manifest error are void. betorder will notify affected players and return their stake.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published in the betting rules section of the platform.
• betorder reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or bet type at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, latency in odds updates, or arbitrage opportunities in a systematic manner constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in bet voidance and account restrictions.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published on the platform.

5.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games available through the betorder Casino section are provided by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. betorder is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by provider-side technical failures; in such cases, the game provider's own malfunction rules apply and bets may be voided.

By participating in live dealer games, you agree that decisions made by the dealer during the course of a correctly functioning game are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of personal preference or misunderstanding of game rules.

5.3 Crash Games

Players may verify the fairness of each game round independently using the verification tools provided within the game interface. betorder accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player failing to cash out before a crash event concludes.

5.4 Collusion, Fraud, & Match Fixing

Any form of collusion between players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or involvement in match-fixing activity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence in many jurisdictions. betorder uses sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be permanently closed and relevant information may be reported to sports integrity bodies and law enforcement authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

betorder offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of opt-in. The general bonus principles below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. betorder reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and account closure.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used after real money funds are exhausted, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• betorder reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a player has opted in, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or regulatory necessity.
• Winnings generated exclusively from free spins may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Players who have opted in to a bonus and subsequently wish to withdraw their deposit before completing wagering requirements may do so, but the bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

betorder reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Multi-accounting (operating more than one betorder account).
• Engagement in collusion, use of betting bots, or any form of cheating or fraud.
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first contacting betorder support.
• Involvement in or facilitation of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity through the platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Inactive account (no login activity for 12 consecutive months — see dormant account policy below).

7.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from betorder for responsible gaming reasons may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion through their account settings after completing the betorder Login, or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During an active self-exclusion period, betorder will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing or re-registering on the platform. 7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. betorder will notify the account holder by email prior to applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as specified in the fee schedule published on the platform. The administration fee will not reduce the balance below zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

7.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your betorder account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your designated withdrawal method, subject to the standard withdrawal process including any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betorder, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are corrected under the manifest error provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your betorder Login credentials.
• Interruption of internet connectivity, mobile network service, or device malfunctions on the player's side that affect bet placement or game play.
• Actions taken by game providers in the event of a provider-side technical malfunction during a casino or live dealer game session.

betorder's total aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower, to the extent permitted by law.

8.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold betorder and its affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party right in connection with your use of the platform.

8.2 Force Majeure

betorder shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, government actions, widespread internet outages, power grid failures, or strikes affecting third-party service providers. In such circumstances, betorder will restore normal platform operations as quickly as is reasonably practicable.

8.3 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under the jurisdiction of betorder's operating licence. In the event of a dispute, betorder encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.
